  The grips, including the jaws, are made of hardened, cold-rolled, steel-laminate construction with Industrial-quality, black-oxide finish to resist rust, corrosion and chipping. The handles have double cushioned thickness for comfort . These grips meet or exceed applicable ANSI standards. They are quality made in U.S.A. at ISO/TS 16949: 2002 facility.
