Originally developed by "Bud" Pelsor for his wolf hybrid. Turns out wolves sip small amounts of water all day rather than gulp it down. This made having enough water when out and about an issue. Necessity and, in this case - kindness, being the mother of invention, Bud came up with a bowl that can be packed full of water and pulled out when his hybrid wolf wanted it without getting anything wet in the backpack.
